Description and Application
This material is halogen-free flame-retardant thermoplastic polypropylene insulating compound for auto wires.The compound meets the requires of 105℃level wire and cable’s insulation standards without cross-linking. It is environmental protection and has no toxic.It has good properties in flame-retardant, electricity and mechanics, It also has good performance of anti - friction, anti oil and anti melting agent.It is an ideal substitute of 105℃ irradiation cross-linked polyolefin compounds and UL 105℃ PVC compounds.
It is mainly applied in insulation of auto wires and communication cable .The highest working temperature is105℃.
Processing Indicator
Recommend to use single ordinary screw extruder with L/D=15-25.
