Description and Application
7023-5 and 7523-6 are produced by the special double extruding screws system with PVC resin as basic raw material plus plastic promoter. Signal cable made of this PVC material can pass the flame test of UI 1666, FT4, etc. The material working temperature of the material can be adjusted according to the requirements of the customers.
Mainly applied in cracking resistant sheath of communication cable, control cable and power cable.
Processing Indicator
Recommend to use single ordinary screw extruder with L/D=20-25.
